  • What defines Moss Park?

  • Where does it start and end?

  • How was it created?

  • Who is in the community?

These are some of the questions we hope to explore in this section about The History of Moss Park. This is an examination of the rich history of the area, from the past to the present, and an important look ahead to the future.

UofT Capstone Project

In partnership with Building Roots, five students enrolled at the University of Toronto's 4th year multidisciplinary Urban Studies course joined the team to develop a Capstone Project in Moss Park. Our approach for this project is rooted in both academic research as well as practical solutions. We believe that we can work together to support community members and address their most dire needs. Read more to discover who we are and what we have done so far!
